PLUG IN THE PRINTER AND TURN IT ON (

The DEClaserFAX requires a nominal 9-V DC supply at 132

mA. This power is supplied by the printer through the 25-way

serial port connector. The DEClaserFAX has a power supply

port, the round 3.5-mm jack socket on the side of the

DEClaserFAX, but this is

not

required for operation with your

printer and

no connection should be made to this socket.
